 Anggaran berat purata setiap kek lapis adalah berlainan dan bergantung pada jenis kek (400gm-700gm)

Saiz kek (loafsize) adalah lebih kurang  (19 x 6 x 4)cm

Tiada bahan pengawet (no preservatives) semua bahan asli digunakan
Tahan Lama jika disimpan dengan rapi dan elok di tempat dingin.
